Notification - IT malfunction solved

Due to a global malfunction at an external IT service provider, disruptions in global air traffic amongst others occurred today, Friday, 19 July 2024. Lufthansa Cargo is one of the many airlines affected. The technical disruptions have mostly been resolved and operations at the hubs in Frankfurt and Munich are returning to normal. Many of Lufthansa Cargo's global system partners were also confronted with significant disruptions. As a result, there may still be individual delays or rebookings in the transport of shipments.

We strongly encourage you to proactively check the current status of your shipment via the eTracking service: https://lufthansa-cargo.com/de/eservices/etracking.
