United Arab Emirates AE Due to the outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza in poultry in Portugal, the UAE Ministry Of Climate Change and Environment announced the following measures: • Banning the import of all types of live domestic and wild birds, ornamental birds, hatching eggs, day-old chicks, and their non-heat-treated offal from Portugal, until the health situation stabilizes. • Continuing the ban on the import of poultry meat, table eggs, and untreated products. • Continuing the application of the mechanism of importing falcons from high-risk countries to import from Portugal. • Continuing to allow the import of heat-treated poultry products and offal from Portugal. 26 Aug 2022
